A duple proper contra by Bill Olson
A1: (1's in the middle) Down the hall in 4's, turn alone, return (bend line into circle) (16)
A2: Circle L 3/4 (8) Partner do sa do (8)
B1: Bal and Sw Partner (face across) (16)
B2: Cir L 3/4 (8), Bal the ring, 1's roll away with a half sashay, 2's pull 1's thru to meet new N's (8)
Notes: I realized I never wrote a proper dance. This one is pretty equal for actives and inactives, and not complicated. There's a lot going on in the second half of B2, but the rest of the dance is pretty forgiving. After the balance, the active couples have to do the rollaway (so they are proper), rejoin outside hands with the inactives and get pulled through. Inactives have to separate to accept the new actives to head down the hall. This dance came to me on Feb 27, 2002. The reason for the title is on a need-to-know basis.. heh heh…
